Galvanism Energy (GE) has been a key player in the solar energy sector for the past decade, boasting a strong brand presence and effective marketing strategies that have solidified its position in the industry. Notably, GE has set a high standard for corporate social responsibility (CSR), engaging in sustainable practices and active community involvement. Its dedication to ethical conduct and green energy has earned the company prestigious awards three times. However, challenges exist, including liquidity problems stemming from credit control issues and high labor turnover due to leadership concerns. On the bright side, the government's proposed subsidies for power generation machinery and increasing demand for renewable energy, driven by environmental awareness and government incentives, offer promising opportunities. Nevertheless, GE must remain vigilant in the face of heightened competition and the potential disruptions caused by political instability.
